Our lacquer workmanship is the best in Hangzhou. As our standard processing we will painting 7 times for the door panels, three layers of bottom painting and 4 layers of surface painting,every time after painting, we will put the door panels into an high tempresure room to make the door panels painting more stronger, the high tempresure is control by computer to make it around 75 degree so that the sureface will be smooth enough.
In this way, the painting will be more strong than dry the door panels in normal tempresure. We can gurantee for the door panels quality over 10 years.
